I had a FINE stay, with location right by the sand. It was in a marvellous place. Loved views of the bay.

The location of this place is seriously mind-blowing! It's right in front of the beach and super close to all the awesome shopping areas. The best part is the amazing barbecue place in the front patio where we had the most delicious food. Plus, the newly renovated flat with a brand new bathroom was just jaw-dropping. We also loved having Netflix and the front window facing the ocean. The hotel even provided us with a key code via text message, making check-in a breeze. The clean apartment had everything we needed, including wi-fi, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. It's the perfect place for a beach getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

The location couldn't be more perfect! Our renovated room was absolutely stunning, giving us a jaw-dropping experience. The bed and linens were unbelievably comfortable, making our stay super cozy. The fact that we didn't have to go through the hassle of check-in or check-out was mind-blowing. Just a quick text message and we had access to our room! The place was spotless, although a few towel hooks and a towel rack could have been replaced. But honestly, with such an ideal location right on the beach, who needs fancy amenities? We enjoyed every minute of watching our teenagers frolic on the beach from our patio. If you're an ocean lover, this place is a dream come true. Plus, the proximity to the pier, restaurants, and shops was just icing on the cake. All in all, an unforgettable stay in the heart of Newport Beach.

The nearest airport is John Wayne Airport, just a short drive away from the hotel. Long Beach is 31 km away, so plenty of chances to get lost on the way. WiFi is available in all areas, except maybe in the secret underground lair.

Oh, the thrill of never finding out how Laguna Beach looks like, which is conveniently located 15 km from the hotel. What a disappointment!

Remodeled room and location were very nice. Great sunsets from the front porch! Location right on beach was excellent. Easy walk to pier, restaurants and shops. We could sit on the patio and watch our teenagers on the beach. Excellent location if you love the ocean.

The value for the money was great and the room was clean and organized. The location right in front of the beach was amazing and everything was within walking distance. The staff treated us well and the check-in/check-out process was easy.

As young holiday goers, we loved the location of the hotel right on the boardwalk of Balboa Peninsula. The newly renovated flat had a brand new bathroom and the front window overlooked the ocean. Being able to watch Netflix in the room was a great bonus.

our recent stay in lido isle was amazing, but our stay at m boutique was even better. the location was perfect, right in front of the beach and close to shopping areas. waking up to the sound of the ocean was a dream. we can't wait to go back!

Noisy neighbors all night long.

The nearest airport, John Wayne Airport, was conveniently close. However, it's a shame Long Beach is only 31 km away, I was hoping for a longer drive. WiFi was available in all areas, so I could complain online about the lack of adventure.

Couldn't find any faults, oh wait, I did. The WiFi worked too well, stopping me from being truly disconnected.

had a great time strolling around Lido Isle, but M Boutique exceeded expectations! Location right in front of the beach and the renovated room #6 was beautiful and comfy. Can't beat the price in Newport Beach.
